The Danish Dassault Systèmes reseller IPES A/S joins PLM Group.
PLM Group announced the acquisition of IPES A/S, a Danish reseller of Dassault Systèmes solutions. The acquisition strengthens PLM Group’s technical capabilities and supports the company’s growth strategy in Denmark and the broader Nordic region.
Founded in 2006, IPES A/S has built a team of experienced consultants specializing in 3D product design, product lifecycle management (PLM), advanced simulation, and virtual manufacturing. The company serves an extensive customer base across Denmark.
“The expertise of IPES will add important competences for the continued development and growth of PLM Group. At the same time IPES’ customers will benefit from the merger through expanded resources and solutions as part of PLM Group” says Jan Lundström, CEO of PLM Group.
After building IPES A/S for almost 20 years as the CEO, Henrik Bøgelund is confident in his decision:
