After many attempts, our long postponed company conference was finally arranged in Malmö. We spent two days filled with informative lectures, great workshops, and alignment on strategy and purpose – becoming an innovation partner for our customers.
Development every day
One of the main questions during our company conference was Why are we here? We could not find a one-size-fits-all answer. However, we were able to establish that all of us are working towards the same goal: making our customers innovate.
Being innovative and forward-thinking is without a doubt particularly challenging. How can we keep developing every day? How do we make sure we are ahead of the game, while we reach our goals of sustainability and digitalization for all?
To us, the answer is knowledge and the distribution thereof.
We continuously strive to educate ourselves, deepen our knowledge and become even more specialized in our respective fields. The company conference proved one thing: PLM Group consists of highly committed individuals, collaborating in an environment that is driven by passion for success.
Our focus is on our values. Values that have been shaped by the constellation of our company and the needs of our customers. For all of us in PLM Group, these values are not just what we do – they are at the very core of who we are and how we operate every day. When you meet or speak with us as a customer, you also get a glimpse of our corporate culture.
The hunger for the latest and greatest knowledge was exemplified by this event. The energy that was put into the organization of the conference was mirrored in the inspiration and new ideas each participant brought back home with them.

Instead of thinking in terms of hierarchy and vertical lines, we find ourselves being one collective where there is room to ask questions, find answers, exchange ideas, and work across borders. Daring to succeed
These two days proved to us all why PLM Group is such a dynamic workplace. It does not matter if you work in sales, technical departments, or marketing – we are all here, well aware that our customers’ success is our success.
We exchanged ideas, gave hugs, shared meals, and even danced a little (actually a lot). The overall feeling of being united towards the same goals set the mood for the whole conference. Some faces were new, others had met several times before.
We value our employees, because they make us innovate, they challenge our mindset, and dare to succeed.
The emphasis of the event was put on celebrating people that have been working with us for a long time, and special recognition was given to those that have been extra committed.
Failure is not an option for us. But innovation works in waves, and if we are not failing, then we are not innovating enough. We dare to succeed, thus making our customers innovate.
