Part 3D printed in the SLA 750 from 3D Systems

SLA 750 enables manufacturing of large industrial parts

In a bid to cater to the Nordic manufacturing industries’ needs for large 3D printed parts with outstanding geometrical accuracy, productivity and longevity, PLM Group now starts selling the SLA 750 stereolithography solution from 3D Systems.

SLA 750 3D printer up to three times faster

The new 3D printer series is specifically designed to address large format or high-volume production applications in the manufacturing industry. It effectively solves challenges with manufacturing industrial-grade parts with its innovative materials, productivity, curing and manufacturing control.

Depending on throughut needs, there are two solutions – the single laser and the dual laser. The Dual version is the world´s first synchronous, dual-laser stereolithography printer delivering up to three times faster throughput than previous SLA systems.

The new 3D printer series comprises a full ecosystem with industrial-grade materials, the PostCure 1050 postprocessing solution, smart software from Oqton, and optional automation.

New, efficient curing solution and software

As an option to the new 3D printer range, PLM Group is also offering a large curing solution, the PostCure 1050. It is an industrial-scale post-processing system with up to 10 times higher throughput compared to current similar systems, including high volume, high-speed drying and curing for batch jobs and large parts up to 1050 x 750 x 600mm.

The SLA 750 uses Oqton’s best-in-class, cloud-based, AI-powered Manufacturing OS that unifies engineering and production through IoT and machine learning to solve manufacturing challenges across industries. Oqton’s Manufacturing OS seamlessly integrates additive manufacturing with your factory floor equipment and allows you to schedule your production and post-production processes for efficient machine utilization, as well as connect machines to enable full traceability and valuable data insights.

Availability of the SLA 750

The SLA 750 range is available through PLM Group now. A first demo unit of the new 3D printer and the PostCure 1050 is currently being installed at PLM Group’s showroom in Swedish Värnamo.
