A Partner Agreement gives you access to 2 strategic advisors, whereof one has deep technical knowledge. This guarantees that your solution works in the best possible way today, tomorrow and in the future!

The dedicated Solution Manager knows your solution through and through and will evaluate your current solution, interpreting current and future needs into possible solution adjustments ensuring that it supports business processes and that all systems are up to date, operational, and meet your business needs.

The dedicated Solution Specialist will act as your technical expert. Besides prioritizing issues and managing resolutions, our Solution Specialist will contribute with deep technical knowledge to improve and optimize your solution even further.

How do I request meetings, maintenance or consultancy – and to whom?

You plan ahead, set a date for when you would like to make use of the strategy meetings, the product upgrade maintenance plan or the consultancy hours and then simply reach out to your one point of contact (the dedicated PLM Group Solution Manager) 6-8 weeks in advance. The duration of strategy meetings typically varies from 20 minutes to 1 hour.

Who in my company can request meetings and work tasks?

Only the system owner or CAD administrator has the rights to book meetings and work tasks from PLM Group.

How do I request the Solution Specialist?

You set a date for when you would like to make use of the strategy meetings as well as the Solution Specialist and then simply reach out to your one point of contact – the PLM Group Solution Manager – 6-8 weeks in advance.

What is included in the strategy meetings?

Solution strategy meetings include:

  • Review of company’s long-term plans and goals
  • Solution update plans e.g. software version updates
  • Dassault solution news (on a strategic level)

Solution success follow up meeting looks into:

  • What is the status of the solution?
  • What are your current challenges?
  • Are there any license needs?
  • Dassault solution news (on a functional level)

What is not included in the agreement?

Traveling and accommodation costs are not included in the agreement and will be invoiced separately.
