Sales coordinator

We are looking for a dedicated SOLIDWORKS Sales coordinator to join our growing team!

About the role

As our new Sales coordinator you will be working with both existing customers and new potential customers. You will help ensure our customers to get just the right SOLIDWORKS product and experience to fit their need and organization, enabling them to be more successful and innovative.

At PLM Group, your overall goal will be to guide and drive the customer dialogue with existing customers, enabling them to develop new and better products faster with the help of PLM Group. You will be a part of our Customer Success and Early engagement team, where we enable and ensure start ups, entrepreneurs, universities and companies in a big variety of markets to be successful in developing their products and services with the help of SOLIDWORKS.


As a Sales Coordinator you will have a varied everyday work life and tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Expand value adding services and solutions to existing customers
  • Administrate sales activities and tasks
  • Handling & creating customer requests of agreements, licenses and projects
  • Maintain and develop high level of customer satisfaction
  • Contribute to cross border cooperation and development of sales processes and best practice to team and PLM Group

You will be part of a Nordic team of sales representatives and sales coordinators which you will be working close with, and you will be reporting to a sales manager. You will mainly work with Finnish customers.

We are 18 colleagues in PLM Group Finland working in different departments and business areas, all of us with the mindset of providing our customers with the best solutions possible. About you

We expect you to be passionate about value-added selling and keen on learning and exploring new technology and software. You preferably have experience in sales, order handling or/and sales administration, preferably within the Software market. Experience in selling, administrating sales tasks related to SaaS (Software as a service) is an advantage.

You need to speak Finnish fluently and have good English skills, as the corporate language is English in PLM Group.

You are customer- oriented and have a good business understanding. As you will be leading your own projects and be the main customer contact, it´s important that you are structured and used to problem solving with the customer needs in focus. As you will be coordinating projects with both customers and colleagues in PLMG, you also need to be a team player, sharing your ideas and help to develop the team and by doing so, contributing making PLM Group a great place to work.

Temporary employment – 12 months

with good possibilties of fixed employment thereafter
