Saving drawing templates and sheet formats is crucial for any CAD engineers using SOLIDWORKS. It will make it easy for any company to ensure all users are working with the same template, to save time and ressources. But how do you save drawing templates and sheet formats on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform?
Going from the well-known SOLIDWORKS Desktop to SOLIDWORKS Connected on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform the process has changed, but this doesn’t mean it isn’t easy.
Advantages of Using 3DEXPERIENCE for Templates and Formats
- Centralized Storage: Store and manage document templates, sheet formats, custom property files, and table templates directly on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform
- Consistency: Ensure all team members are using the same templates, which can be easily updated and maintained
- Ease of Access: Access and use templates and formats from any location, enhancing collaboration and uniformity in projects
How to Save Drawing Templates and Sheet Formats on 3DEXPERIENCE:
